I would recommend CL Cars to buy your car from as the service received from Hayley has been first class. No hard sell just honest and helpful throughout the purchase of my new car. Hayley made sure I was aware of all the details of the car and their fantastic warranty that comes with the vechicle. The car was serviced and valets before pickup and I was informed every step of the way as to when it would be ready for me to take home, even waiting after hours for me to come pick it up.I would without hesitation buy a car from her again.

On Thursday 23rd May 2024 I had a problem with my own car whilst on a petrol station forecourt in Ferndown.The vehicle was not movable and as a result of recommendation from another person it resulted in Alan from CL Cars buying my car and removing it.Now without transport he assisted with transport issues.Hayley, in the office, was extremely helpful over the admin procedure regarding my car.Everything that day happened very quickly.Both Alan, Hayley and other staff members made a very “stressful” day a tad easier.Though I did not actually buy a vehicle from this company I just wanted to say that Alan and Hayley were very friendly, caring, trustworthy and professional.I would have no hesitation in recommending CL Cars.

CL Cars! Waited over a week for the car I paid for, because of an electrical fault. - Then a week after delivery. The rear door would not open from the inside or outside. Supposed to be covered by a three-month warranty. Then I Telephoned the warranty company and I was told I was covered. Then the EGR valve went. so the car was not drivable. I telephoned the warranty company after my daughter got the brush off from the person she spoke to. I was then told it would have to be "Diagnostic checked and photographed and the "Solenoic for the rear door was not covered on the warranty. STAY AWAY FROM CL CARS AND THE BOGUS WARRANTY FOR CARS! - I have telephoned CL CARS ONLY TO GET TOLD THEY WOULD CALL ME BACK AND NEVER DO. - This is a bad second-hand car company.

Dear Mr Pragnell I was really upset to read your 1 star review. We do try our best and I feel your anger was more with the warranty company than CLCars. Unfortunately with cars like yours that have covered over 120,000 miles and more than 13 years old they can incur faults. Both faults were covered under the warranty if you could provide evidence. I feel it’s unfair to describe us as a bad car company as you have been reimbursed in full the £120 to fix both faults. I would also like to remind you that included in the sale price of £2250 we also replaced the cambelt, serviced and delivered this car. I am sorry that you have been unhappy with our service.
