 We are so pleased to find C L Cars, they turned changing our car from a problem to a pleasure. Unlike other places we had visited, there was no pressure at all. We were free to test drive the car on our own. Their knowledge of the model of car was good and we were given plenty of information on our particular car including its history and previous owners, which is nice to know. Our old car was taken in part exchange and all the paperwork and taxation was processed with clear explanation. Excellent customer service, they opened up for us on a sunday lunchtime even though they had prior family arrangements.we were not rushed and we felt we were given a fair part exchange. The new car was given a new mot, any advisories were done at their expense, it was thoroughly valeted and when i received my reg.docs they sorted out my private plate transfer for me. We would highly recommend this family company and would definitely go there again, although the new car is so nice it wont be for a long time!!

The whole experience of buying a car from CL Cars was fantastic. I highly recommend them. They can't do enough for you and put a lot of effort in to ensure you are happy with everything. A few little jobs were needed to make my new car extra special and they even lent me a very nice courtesy car for the couple of days whilst waiting for a new part from the main dealer.  I have been buying cars for over 30 years and no one has come close to the service of this garage.

Purchased a Vauxhall Zafira Feb 2107. Very obliging as they stayed open longer for us to come and view the vehicle at short notice. Upon reaching the premises, warmly welcomed and immediately provided with the keys to the vehicle to view on our own. We were then shown all paperwork in a clear and concise manner. Test drive by ourselves, returned, no pressure to purchase (although we did immediately!)  There were a couple of minor scrapes that required working on and there was a mechanical survey which was to be carried out but had not happened as only just got the vehicle in themselves.  Upon returning a week later to collect the vehicle all minor paint works carried out and the report on the mechanical survey also provided.  So great customer experience all round!!
