My mother bought a Mazda2 from CL Cars last week and not wanting to repeat other reviewers comments, I have to say, Hayley is a very kind, gentle and efficient sales woman! She had all the paperwork for the car in a folder and went through it all with my mother. The car was immaculate and ready to drive away. Thank you Hayley!

Bought a car from this dealer, was told car was in perfect condition. When I arrived and viewed the car it turned out the air con was not working, will cost 100's to repair. Was told I would be collected from airport in the car and wasn't. The brakes needed to be done only after buying, The car also needed a service and a new Tyre after a week after buying. If I had known what i did when I arrived I wouldn't have bought the car or even traveled over. The sales person was friendly and did collect me from the airport but I wouldn't buy from them again. Car was not up to standard.

Dear Gary M. I am sorry you have not been happy with the car purchased from us. You have not stated the car or surname I'm guessing it was the Toyota 60,000 miles? I am also sorry you were not collected from the airport in the car this was explained at the time due to flight arriving earlier than first arranged the car was still being valeted, I did not want to keep you waiting or rush the cleaning process and really did not think it was an issue. I have never described a second hand car with 60,000 miles as perfect condition, I have just read back through my advert to make sure I am not mistaken. During test drive it was discovered the air condition was not as cold as it should be I took the car with you to the mechanic to have this rectified to be told we need a new pump.I reduced the price for you to do this. I don't know about the brakes as I've not heard from you until now but this car did have a new mot and service. why did you not contact me ? I would have been happy to help.

Received a fair trade in price on my old car in comparison to some disarray quotes from others. Hayley and Chris were professional and helpful throughout and we would be happy to recommend. So far I am very pleased with my new vehicle.
