Customer service from Hayley was excellent and efficient.

My old PT cruiser blew the engine before I went on holiday, while I was away I was looking for another and came across a PT cruiser at CL so after talking to Chris he sent me a walk around video of the car inside and out , she was lovely with only 39000 on the clock , they delivered it when I got back from holiday to Cambridge which was great I had a little problem with it which has been resolved under the warranty with no problem and the car goes really well ,I am really happy with it and pleased I came across CL I would absolutely buy from this company again and recommend them , they are a pleasure to do business with .??

Just had a great experience buying a Fiat Panda from CL Cars. After test driving the exact model I had been looking for, CL Cars agreed to do a number of jobs as part of the purchase price. On collecting the vehicle a number of additional jobs were also completed that were picked by CL cars as part of the pre-delivery service. The vehicle was ready for collection on the pre-agreed day and needless to say it had been fully valeted. Fantastic service from the CL Cars team - many thanks

Excellent service. I was looking for a 5-dr, petrol, 5gear hatchback and they had a very clean Astra 1 4i, one owner. After a test drive I liaised with Haylwy, we agreed a price and she did everything immediately one line e g. transfer of ownership (V5) and road tax. The car was delivered to my home two days later, with a brand new MOT.

I enquired about a car which they unfortunately for me sold on the first day of listing. Hayley asked me what I required . I gave her the details etc to which she said give me 7 days I will find you a car. True to her word I had the perfect car and at a very competitive price within 7 days.

On Thursday 23rd May 2024 I had a problem with my own car whilst on a petrol station forecourt in Ferndown.The vehicle was not movable and as a result of recommendation from another person it resulted in Alan from CL Cars buying my car and removing it.Now without transport he assisted with transport issues.Hayley, in the office, was extremely helpful over the admin procedure regarding my car.Everything that day happened very quickly.Both Alan, Hayley and other staff members made a very “stressful” day a tad easier.Though I did not actually buy a vehicle from this company I just wanted to say that Alan and Hayley were very friendly, caring, trustworthy and professional.I would have no hesitation in recommending CL Cars.

A family run company, CL Cars whose customer service is second to none. We first found them on Autotrader while looking for our next car. From the first contact which was with Hayley, who is very professional and very friendly, answered all our questions and kept us updated nothing was too much trouble. After we purchased the car there were a couple of issues which were corrected very quickly and efficiently. Brilliant service from start to finish would highly recommend CL Cars.

A trustworthy, helpful family business. I recently bought a secondhand car from C L Motors.The car was a fair price and had been valeted until it looked like new! They were very helpful and delivered it to me as I had no transport. All communications were friendly and polite. Buying a car from CL Cars was such a nice experience, Chris and Haley could not have been more accommodating. You get loads of time on your own with the car but they are on hand when you need them. You can scrutinise the paperwork at your leisure and the car is fully prepped prior to delivery. First class people

Fantastic family run business! Easy experience from start to finish. Very friendly owners who were really helpful! We test drove the car and notice a few things that we were a little bit iffy but those were all agreed upon and sorted out before we picked it up. As it was a 1st car for a new driver they were very good at making sure it was 100% safe for my daughter to drive. Would 100% recomend, if I ever needed another great value 2nd hand car I would definitely go to them to see what they had 1st
